The ice is slow to appear

On a cold start the app waits briefly for an app-open ad. If there is no ad, or about three seconds pass, it continues to the rink. Remove Ads skips that ad. Force-quit and reopen only if the splash never clears.

I don’t see a banner

The banner is on the expanded palette, not on the ice and not in the library list. Collapse the palette and it hides. Remove Ads hides it for good. No fill from the ad network also means no banner.

A drill disappeared

Open the library and search the title, tags, or description. Drills are not in iCloud under a RinkPad account. Deleting the app deletes the library. A PNG you already shared is a picture, not a file you can reopen as a drill.

Pencil or fingers fight each other

Draw on the ice with Pencil or a finger. Pinch-zoom uses two fingers. If a palm rests on the glass, iPad palm rejection should ignore it. Hover preview is an iPad Pencil feature.

Half ice looks wrong for the drill

Switching layout or rink standard updates the sheet you have open, and you can undo it. Tokens stay in the same relative spots. The lines underneath them change (NHL, IIHF, ball hockey, or recreational 3-on-3).

Remove Ads did not apply

Open the palette and use the $ control to restore purchases with the same Apple ID. The purchase is one-time and tied to that Apple ID, not to a RinkPad login.
