Terms of Use
These Terms govern the RinkPad app (“App”) and the site at www.chwistek.net/apps/rink-pad (“Site”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
What RinkPad is
RinkPad is a diagram pad for ice hockey. You draw on a rink, save drills on your device, and share a PNG. It is not a coaching service, not a league product, and not affiliated with the NHL, IIHF, USA Hockey, ČSLH, or Ice Hockey Systems. Rink names in the app describe geometry only.
Your diagrams
You own the drills you draw. They stay on your device unless you share them. You are responsible for what you put in a diagram and who you send it to. Do not use the App to infringe someone else’s trademark or to publish a league’s marks as if they were ours.
Ads and purchases
The free App may show Google ads as described in the Privacy Policy. Remove Ads is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Price, tax, and refunds follow Apple’s rules for that storefront. Buying Remove Ads does not add cloud backup or extra layouts.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App or Site: no attempts to break the App, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or use it to harm someone. The App is a drawing tool. It is not medical, legal, or emergency advice, and a diagram is not a certified coaching credential.
Availability
Features can change. The App Store listing may not be live yet. We do not promise that a drill file from one version will open in every future version, though we intend local saves to keep working across ordinary updates.
Disclaimer
The App and Site are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost drills, lost games, or decisions you make from a diagram.
